Whenever possible the inn uses organic local ingredients, Christina bakes chocolate chip scones or hot biscuits with Lindley Mills organic flour. The neighborhood hens at Cozi Farms are fed locally milled organic feed! In season fruits, homemade granola, German apple pancakes are a sampling of the menu at this bed and breakfast.
