Donald Williams founded the Donald Williams Basketball Academy with Laura Whayne.  Donald relies on his extensive knowledge of the game to teach, coach, and develop young players to be leaders and teammates. He currently coaches the AAU teams, heads the basketball camps, and offers private lessons.
